STEPS PROCESS

1. A walkthrough scheduled and we will go to see the property to discuss your design objectives and brainstorming on the perfect customized staging plan.

2. Estimate: Within 3 business days of our initial schedule, a custom estimate and recommendations will be sent.

3. Q&A:  Feel free to ask questions or discuss varying staging levels; our flexibility allows us to adapt to different budget constraints.

4. If you are using our Turnkey program; Meet with our designer and certified team to select and install updated elements like lighting, fixtures, accent & TV wall, modern fire place, flooring, and painting.

5. Upon receipt of your signed paperwork, we finalize your plan, bill for the project, and commence preparations one week prior to the scheduled installation date.

6.Our staging team meticulously delivers and sets up furniture, art, and accessories in accordance with Sana Staging's design plan. Sit back and await the incoming offers (and compliments).

7. Upon sale of the property or accepted offer, we promptly schedule a time window to efficiently remove all installations, ensuring a seamless transition for the new owner.

We offer many staging packages. For the DIY clients we can give you tips, pointers and ideas and you can do the staging yourself. For the client that wants a professional to handle everything so they don’t have to worry about anything, we've got you covered.
